Download iOS 4 Update from web?

My home broadband is a bit messed up at present, and I haven't been able to download iOS 4 for my iPhone.



But I am at work now on a Windows machine. I would like to download it and bring it home to my Mac - anybody know where it can be downloaded outside of iTunes?
