How long have you been on hold calling o2 business?

Have tried to order several iphone 4's over the last couple of weeks via our o2 business account, as we have several handsets due for upgrades.



Was told no orders being taken until launch day, my response was why as you will get overloaded with callers all trying to order on launch day, guess what.......



Correct..been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a o2 business agent.

    Unbelievable. Apple really can't make enough of these things to keep up with demand. Oh the madness...
