Sync for iPhone & WM6.5 Phone

I just bought an iPhone and still holding a HTC phone with Window Mobile 6.5. I need both phone co-exist due work requirement. I would prefer synchronize both phones on my Macbook on MacOS. Would appreciate any kind advise on a reliable software for used.
