How can I get my previous information back?

Hello, all !

Today, when I turned on my iPhone, I found all the information in the sms disappeared!!! I am so sad. What?s the matter???

PS: Is it because there is too much information in my iPhone that it deleted itself automatically? How can I get my previous information back??? Could anybody help me? Thanks advance!!!

    You can go into iTunes and set up to restore to a previous backup of your iPhone before it was lost. This happened to me once and I did that. You will however, lose anything you've done since that last backup.

    Really? Will iTunes work like that? I even do not know

    But, you mean the information that I have lost can never be back again? I want my previous information. And by the way ,do you know why all the information in my iPhone suddenly disappeared??? Thanks!

    Use iTunes，When you sync your iPhone it should do all of this automatically. If not, when your iPhone appears in the iTunes control bar click it and check the settings as it should always take a complete back up. I back mine up to a mac, and when I do it automatically launches iphoto to transfer any images on there. I?m pretty sure that gallery in windows does the same, although you may have to manually transfer them.
