lost & found: a thread of love
i was dumped about two months ago (conveniently, an hour before my birthday party). not only was it being dumped, it was more of a cancellation of a marriage. i was set to be married in the next few weeks. but oddly, the pain was rather minimal.
after some talking, understanding, and explaination to family, i recognized that i had found this freedom i had not experienced in years. i took the opportunity to chat online, meet new people, and learn about myself. and i did.
i met this girl by absolute chance. absolute. i never chat online, neither did she; i posted some odd message to get attention that i would never usually say, she responded; after a few times chatting i gave her my number, something i would never do; she called, something she would never do.
from there we have learned so much about each other. laughing, crying and sharing so much. there is a level of trust between us that i would never have believed to exist. she means so much to me that i have difficulty explaining to her in words.
she also lives hundreds of miles away in another state. this girl, this woman that i met by absolute chance, is packing up her life, and moving here. rearranging everything just for us. it is the most increadible thing anyone has ever done for me; showing how much they truely care.
i just had to share. im not boasting or bragging, only wanting to tell the world how much this person means to me. thank you for listening folks.
