Recalibrate the battery

Can someone please tell me how to recalibrate the battery in a 2 month old MBP 13 inch? Someone told me to run the battery to where it sleeps and than leave it for about 3 hours and than recharge it from zero to 100% once again.Anyone out there heard about this procedure ? Thanks

    I went on that web site and it really was not that informative. Thanks Any other suggestions other member or yourself might have?

    If these are confusing, you should just ignore calibration entirely, as it isn't of VITAL importance.
