BIG Telcel and Facetime Fraud!!!

Telcel Mexican Carrier Company is charging an International SMS for a Service that is not providing, the activation fails and stays at waitting for activation, they intentionally blocked the service. and still KEEPS charging for that SMS they are making a big time fraud on customers! and apple keeps erasing my posts. i bet they are on this scam too!
