How long does a flash drive last?

I remember this used to be a topic of discussion here a few years ago when SSD harddrives first started appearing.

    That doesn't sound like much but it'll likely translate into a few years of use. The x25e gets 1-2PB by comparison.



    I wonder if the x25m range might have been a typo and it should be 300TB. It seems significantly lower than the x25e.



    The USB drive test wrote over 1KB of data 90m times before dying so 90GB for a USB Flash drive.
