How do I use a MIDI controller as a game controller?

Ok, so I've got a MIDI foot controller (http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/FCB1010.aspx), and I'd like to be able to use it as if it were a keyboard, mouse, joystick, gamepad, etc. I have the ControllerMate program, which is very nice, and almost exactly what I'm looking for, except that it doesn't recognize MIDI devices.



Any creative ideas?

EDIT:



Never mind. Just found out that there is a special MIDI enabled version of Controller Mate available to registered users. Have to create an account on their forums in order to see it, is all.
