Contact Manager (CRM)
Hey everybody, I'm new here but i've been a mac enthusiast for a long time!
Im just entering into the real-estate business. My partner uses "Act! by Sage" for his PC so im wondering if there is any possibility you guys know of a program that
Is designed for cantact management/leads/for sales etc.
Works on both Mac and PC
syncs with iphones
can sync between computers? as in if i make changes to a database on one computer it will do it on all of them.
I've tried solving my problem with mobileme but it is a hassle and "address book" really isnt very good :P

Not the best user interface (too complex for a real 'go to' program, imo), although lately their iPhone and iPad apps have shown promise.
