Cycling windows using the keyboard ?

I HATE Apple's way to do macros and keyboard shortcuts (preferences -> keyboard -> keyboard shortcuts). It's ackward, non-intuitive and inefficient.

** C'mon Apple*! **

So I'm now looking for an utility (a prefs pane ?) that define keyboard shortcuts to cycle through all open windows in OS X. I didn't found any yet. Any suggestions ?

    What's wrong with cmd-Tab and cmd-` ?

cmd-` cycles through all the open windows in the active app. If you want to go to the next app, then just cmd-Tab, and then start cycling again. Repeat and rinse. How many apps do you have open that makes this an impractical approach?

There is no command in OS X to cycle through open windows AND apps with a single key. It's simply not needed, and would be confusing. I don't think Windows has this capability either, as far as I know.
