MagSafe malfunction

Hey ok I've got a 13" MBP having problems with my charge it stays lit green with it out even charging on the laptop is my charger in need of replacement

    Check to see that it is perfectly clean. I've had issues in the past and I think it was due to some metallic debris picked up by the magnet....
