best sheet fed scanner

looking for a usb powered small portable sheet fed scanner with great software for organizing, pdf search, etc color and b/w can do pictures or magazine print



i've heard of "neat receipts" but trust your experience



duplex would be an added plus



has anyone experience with the iphone as "scanner" with the iphone 4 and scanner app, which one have you tried
