Heras looks pretty good from his performance this year in the tdf. I was dissapointed in Sevilla in the tour tho. Definately rooting for Sevilla or Botero.

Heras if he can stay on form. He was flying in Le Tour. I don't know what kind of team he'll have. I doubt Eki will be there, or Landis. Rubiera will be his chief Lieutenant, so he's got that going for him. I guess that Chann McRae, Christian Vandevelde will be on the team.

As for Botero, he's probably the biggest threat as Sevilla's TT-isn't up to snuff. Casero's probably a one time winner.

All prediction's are out the window if the Italians show up. Then I think Simoni will show us what he would have done in the Giro (Garzelli is on suspension so he won't be there. Too bad.)

I think it does, but I can't remember. I believe he got dinged for 9 months, maybe that was Garzelli. Its hard to keep up these days. The minimum ban is 6mos anyway, so that would take him out of the Vuelta anyway. Yeah, I'd like to see Der Kieser (Iprobably mangled that!) turn a pedal in anger again.
