So now that he's gone, where am I going to go to get my windshield replaced AND get $100 off my comprehensive insurance deductable, AND 24 free dinners to Portland's premier bakery and family restaurant?

PS. For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, it's a West coast thing.

That's not just a West Coast thing, it's a Portland thing. I didn't hear that guy was murdered! Nasty.

Actually they are in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington too. Ya, it's kind of weird seeing his commercial after he died.

I'm from the San Francisco Bay area and had no idea who Rick Chance was until today. I bet he didn't have much of a TV presence in California...which akes up most of the west coast.

He was found dead in a Tempe hotel room. <a href="http://www.kgw.com/news-local/stories/kgw_0811_nation_glass_salesman.164a8b75f.html"; target="_blank">Here's a link.</a> The link is from a local Portland TV station but it tells the whole story.

Well I think it's obvious the Asian chick who he was meeting for a "business dinner" (after meeting her on matchmaker.com?) has SOMETHING to do with this...especially when she was bringing a male friend along who was interested in Chance's jewelry and possibly "making a purchase".

Yeah, how about "all of it" and for free?

Find the chick, find the guy. Case closed. There's motive, knowledge of where Chance is staying, etc.

As for the thing about them still showing his commercials after he has died, that is kinda weird. Because they're STILL showing a teeth-whitening infomercial (just passed it the other day) hosted by Robert Urich, who died quite a while back.

Leaves a weird taste, to say the least.
