ATI 8500 and GeForce 4 soon?

What is everyone's thoughts on the video card selection after Feb. 7? Do you think that the GeForce 4 and ATI 8500 will be BTO options? I know I can get one retail but I'd like one with Apple's ADC connector for the Apple 17". If I have to go retail, is it difficult(or $$) to connect the 17" without ADC? Thanks for any input.
