    i'm a bit surprised. jerry ragged on movies in his standup, and a bit in the show. i think one of his jokes was, "i think if i was in a movie i'd be just looking at the camera going, `this sucks doesn't it? they got me under contract'... if you see a bad movie its just 2 hours, if ur in a bad movie its 2 years." plus i thot he quit the show cuz he had his fill of the light.



    i'd still love to see it tho. he's a really funny person. i can listen to "i'm telling you for the last time" over and over again and still laugh.

    I guess the film is really like that show " I'm telling you for the last time" He had DV cameras following him on his tour, and it a big long documentary style piece.

    That's pretty funny. I've been wondering when someone would finally parody or mock that trailer voiceover guy.



    I started noticing a couple of years ago (even started a thread about it here) at how EVERY trailer you see at the movies starts out with "In a world..."







    Or, as the Seinfeld clip shows, "In a time...", "In deep space...", etc.



    Funny stuff!



    When I go to movies now, I look more forward to the trailers and coming attractions than I do the actual movie I'm there to see. And I ALWAYS wait for the "In a world..." moments and get a good giggle.



    I usually count them as I go.

    I don't find comedians funny. Vulgarity is evil, making jokes about sex is evil, and there aren't many true believing comedians for me and my family. Its part of the conspiracy of Judea, fortold in the ancient sands beneath the peeramid of Giza.
