    Went to a bunch of panels, had a lot of drinks, saw a LOT of stormtroopers and looked at a lot of bare-ass girls....a LOT of bare-ass girls!



    Oh yeah, they have Robot Wars on the last day of the con.....some really nice "built from the ground up" machines mixed in with the usual hacked radio control dune-buggies. One had a spinning blade that sent a piece of another guy's fighting machine flying off into the crowd like a frisbee.



    Oh yeah, did I mention the girls wearing nothing but thongs?



    One of my favorites was the "Whose Line Is It?" competitions...but the best part of all was spending a Sunday walking around the convention with a girl who might be my wife one day......little does she suspect.

    Someone should ask those Stormtroopers how they got to be such lousy shots. 50 of them - all shooting at once - couldn't hit Luke and Leia on a 3 foot ledge.



    Leia fires one shot without aiming and takes out of three of these goons.



    Elite imperial troops my ass.

    You should see the <a href="http://www.siliconchef.com/archives/00000252.html"; target="_blank">Parade Video</a> !!



    Mayor Shirley Franklin officially declared the Saturday before Labor Day as "Trek Trak Day" and permitted the convention to hold a Real Live Parade. They had about 100 or 200 costumed marchers. Next year is sure to be bigger since everybody found out about this just about a month before the convention. If they do it again NEXT year there'll be parade vehicles....I have no doubt.



    Can't wait!
