iCal subscription & privacy

Hoping someone can offer a solution to this time consuming situation.
1. I have about 10 calendars in iCal
2. Two of them are for clients bookings, the rest are private for the family
3. I have invited one client to subscribe to their calendar, with no permission to alter it.
4. Both clients want to know availability for the week, but they are not allowed to share the same calendar (client confidentiality)
Q: how can I create a booking in one client calendar and automatically have the other client calendar show the tine slot as "unavailable"?
