Contact with Apple Online Store

I'm new at this forum, so if this Thread already exists, I'm sorry!
I wan't to know if someone could tell me where the hell is the chat button on the Apple Online Store webpage!! They say that it is on the up left corner of the page, but there's just a phone number! And I want to chat, not to talk.
Does this chat really exists? Or maybe there's a e-mail that I can send some questions to them....
Another quick question: does anyone know if I can buy something online from Apple Online Store and than pick it up on a Apple Store? I ask this because I'm from Brazil and I'm going to USA on june, and I want to buy somethings online, and pick it up in a store on the Broadway Av., NY.
Can someone help me?
