iOS4.3 Air play

Having updated both my Apple TV and iPhone to iOS 4.3 I was expecting/hoping to be able to play iPlayer content on my TV from the iPhone. However, whilst I can select the Apple TV and it will stream the sound, it only streams the sound and not the video too. Can I rectify this or is this a glitch with AIr play?
