Ira Einhorn's guilty...finally...
Finally. After years in seclusion, finding him, tried him in absentia, wraggling with the French to bring him back and finally convicting him in court.
For those who don't know. Ira was a former Yippie activist in the 60's and 70's who killed his girlfriend, mummified her and stuffed her in a trunk in his apartment. Before he could be tried he left the country...never to be seen again. Until now.
His defense was that the CIA and FBI were after him for his knowledge of their use of "psychotronic" technologies...A little too much Acid there Ira?
