Stellar iPhone Support
I just thought I'd share my recent experience with Apples Genius Bar, and a problem I had with my iPhone 4.
Basically, a week ago I dropped the phone on concrete, and smashed the screen. I was pretty sure I was going to be in for a big repair/replacement bill, but the guy at the genius bar gave me a new phone free of charge.
I'm sure the fact that I have bought lots of Apple stuff over the years played a big part (4 Macs, Apple TV, iPhone, 4 iPods, iPad), but I honestly don't think there are many companies would have done that, especially given I openly admitted it was all my fault.
In my opinion this is another reason to stick with Apple.
