The Perpetual "Help Me with a Foreign Language Problem" Thread

in General Discussion edited January 2014
Guys, I need some real help with a German ISP. If anyone knows the language and is willing to take a bit of time to help me get a message to them, I'd certainly appreciate it. Please send me a Private Message to find out the details.

Thanks!

    To which I say

Das muß sein, warum mein madre hielt, über das Halteseil von Seattle mit dem kleinen dick sich zu beschweren.

Ah, web translators - they're the greatest. Had no idea they come so far since the early days.

    yeah ! translation, anyone ?

Why would that be? Besides my grammar almost certainly being wrong and probable misuse of cases and genders and plurals and such, two of the words are in Spanish and the German (past tense?) verb is actually an English noun. In other words, it is non-sensical.

Based on a translation program, my scant knowldge of Spanish, and a bit of intuition:

I have porked your mother, the whore, on two Sundays this month.

Nonsensical, for sure. I don't think anyone would take this as a serious insult, unless the person suffers with a mind that's far too literal.

Hey Defiant, my reason for needing to contact the ISP has been solved for now...thanks for testing out the translator thing though. I had a feeling it might suck. Clearly whoever wrote that translator needs to be thrown!
