what i like depends.. so it changes often. dislikes are far more stable. so the yummies at the moment.. insalata di mare , riso e feijão, all dark green vegs, sushi ... dislikes as always: all meats (=veggie), fatty tastes, butter, margarine, tasteless cookies, oils, most junk food, potatoes (except sweet potatoes)..
