Caller location in iPhone 4

I've noticed recently that when my spouse calls my iPhone 4 from hers, her location is showing up in a Google map next to her name. Having not seen this before, has anyone else had this occurring? If so, what is it? My location will not show up when I call her from my iPhone however.

    This is actually a little scary if true. I wonder if people know that this information is being shared and if there is a way to turn this feature off
