Advice = iBook and iMac or 667 Pwerbook

Right now I have 400 iMac, and a 500 iBook. My local reseller is clearing out his demos to make room for the new ones. I can get a good price on a Powerbook floor model. Trouble is , I like the size of the iBook, the only thing I really want that I don't have is the ability to write DVD's, and the powerbook alone won't get me that. iDVD needs a built in drive to run, so I've been thinking an eMac with superdrive, but then I still need my laptop for work. If I can't sell my iBook , won't have as much to spend because the iMac isn't worth that much. Life is so full of expensive choices.
