He wasn't the greatest, but I remember his early roles (Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape and Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid"). And before Austin Powers...there was Derek Flynt of Z.O.W.I.E.. <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

I'll miss the voice most of all*...R.I.P..

*"He supplied the voice of Monsters, Inc., CEO Henry J. Waternoose III in 2001's "Monsters Inc."

James Coburn was a great actor, especially in one of the best film of Sergio Leone, Once upon a time, it was revolution (excuse me for this terrible translation). I think he made his best acting here.

    RIP James.

I always liked him. Recently, he was very good (and funny) in that Mel Gibson movie "Payback". His response when Gibson shot bullets into his suitcase containing fancy clothes is hilarious.

All those cool guys from the 50's, 60's and 70's are in their twilight years. A bunch more will be leaving us in the next 5-10 years.

    R.I.P., James.
