My brand new macbook pro 2010
Do you mean 2011 or did you get an older model?

Looks like your graphics driver might have crashed. What were you doing when it crashed?
no rules, that can happen when listening music, when I'm on the internet, no rules, sometimes right after start mbp!
Older model,mid-2010, but is old 2 months.

Try booting up in safe mode by holding the shift key at startup. Try using it for a while in safe mode and see if you get a kernel panic. Rebooting out of safe mode will rebuild your kernel extensions cache and may sort driver problems.

Safe mode is good start. If no no kernel panics in safe boot, then it's most likely some third party software issue. Look in account prefs, for login items. Look in macintosh HD/library/launchagents and launchdaemons.
If kernel panics continue, you can reinstall the OS from your system discs that came with the MBP. Also, make sure you've run software update to install the latest fixes from Apple.
When using in safe mode everything is working normally, no kernel panic, but when restart in normal mode again kernel panic, what that could be?
See my previous post about looking for launchagents and launchdaemons. If any, move them to your desktop and restart.
If they do continue, try reinstalling the operating system using an archive install from the disc that came with the machine.
If they still continue at that point, you may well have faulty hardware. When did you start experiencing the problems?
problem has started since I bought the computer, but the problem is that no guarantee,
so I am interested in that piece of hardware causing the problem, can it be concluded from these logs?
I tried to reinstall the system, and I tried to create a new user account, and nothing worked. problem has started since I bought the computer, but the problem is that no guarantee, so I am interested in that piece of hardware causing the problem, can it be concluded from these logs?
The NVDA/Geforce kernel extension is your NVidia 330M graphics card driver. You actually have two graphics chips in the machine, one inside the CPU and the other is the dedicated NVidia GPU.
You should be able to disable the dedicated graphics card to make absolutely sure that's the issue but unfortunately if it is the issue, your only fix to use that GPU again would be to get a new motherboard but you can run it on integrated graphics.
The kernel panic could be happening during a graphics switch - the machine switches between the Intel and NVidia dynamically when it needs to e.g for gaming or hardware-accelerated video as the NVidia is higher performance. If you change your energy saver preference to high performance mode, it will remain on the dedicated GPU.
If the problem isn't happening just at the switchover point but trying to run the dedicated card at all, you'd have to ensure it couldn't even try to start using the NVidia GPU. I don't think Apple gives you an option to only use integrated so you'd probably have to move the kernel extensions out of the system folder.
Before you do this, install the program gfxcardstatus:
http://codykrieger.com/gfxCardStatus
It lets you see which GPU is active and has the option to switch between them.
Install the gfxcardstatus and check the active GPU. Switch to high performance mode in the energy saver prefs and check to make sure it's on the NVidia card. If it keeps crashing after you do this, go into safe mode and change the energy saver back and try moving the kernel extensions that start with NVDA out of the system folder.
