All countries need to have massive skills development in the mobile arena. They need this now. Mobile/Tablet web and Mobile/Tablet app development is the future, countries need to encourage this thinking and innovation. The US is lucky to have so much talent it is on the forefront of mobile technology (though not necessarily the manufacturing of such). But other countries need to get in on the act. The problem is these other countries still have trouble buying the iPhone 4, iPad 1 and especially iPad 2 which has hardly been released in many countries.
