Organising iTunes

There are certain tunes in my iTunes library that i can't edit the information for. I right click on the particular tune, go to 'Get info', select the 'Info' tab and get a grey text and box that won't let me edit the name, artist, album info, meaning that i can't arrange my library properly into albums, genres etc. Can this be fixed?

    If they're DRM'd or of a certain format, no, you can't. Except for the latter, where you can just reencode them into something that accepts metadata edits.
