I'm buying a new house!!

Decided that the wife, kids and especially toys needed some more room. Beaumont is becoming tract city so we are buying up in a rural county area called Cherry Valley.



4 bedrooms, 2.75 baths, 2000 sq ft with a 10,000 sq ft lot.



Now my poor neighbors won't have to stare at my 1970 Red-e-Kamp RV that I am renovating.



The housing market is insane in this part of California. The prices in the Inland Empire went up 19% last year! Is anyone else buying or thinking of buying soon?

    Frank Lloyd Wright's advice: Go outside the suburbs and when you feel you're far out enough, go out another ten miles. If you're lucky, you should be good for about 10 years. Congrats!



    Oh, and it sounds like it's just the right size. I just ran into a woman who bought a 5,000sf bric-a-brac McMansion! How decent of you.
