A piece of plagiarism ? (UK dossier about Irak)
In UK there is a controversy about the Iraq's dossier. Some parts of the dossier looks like a piece of plagiarism of a US post graduate student, named Ibrahim al Marashi, who did a important work about Iraq in 1991.

Personally i think the UK dossier is a mix of some parts of Al Marashi dossier and some updates.
As a former student i have made some obvious and non hidden plagiarism in my thesis (the part describing techniques, considering that trying to hide the source, by changing the word and phrasing, will be worse), but my work was for internal use and not for publication.
Anyway, these large parts of plagiarism, are not a mark of serious work in my opinion.
