Aperture Update not Available in App Store?

Aperture update 3.1.3 was announced but does not show in the App Store...What gives?

    3.1.3 is in the App Store ... but if your copy wasn't purchased through the App Store, then it won't update that way ... If it was purchased anywhere but the App Store, the updates will come from "Software Update".
