REALLY missing my muscle car...
I sold this to get my 867 Ti Power Book...

Don't get me wrong, I totally dig my PB and I know it makes sense to have a laptop to get me through law school. I don't regret my decision. It's just that I really miss my Camaro. I still have about a $1000.00 left over from the sale. I'm thinking I'll save it up and keep an eye out for a 68-72 Nova or maybe another 2nd generation Camaro.
Anyone else here dig classic muscle? Anyone feeling my pain?

Not into classic, but I feel the pain. On my first German assignment, I left my 944 behind in Detroit. After 6 months, I flew back to pick it up. You can only drive 1.3 liter (79 cu in) FIATs for so long. Man, the 944 was built for the autobahn.
On my second (current) assignment, I brough my Honda. It's pretty pokey above 100 mph. Bleah! I want my 944.
(Torque? Never heard of it. I hear it's nice though. If I was to miss something from muscle cars, I'm sure it would be that. If I knew what that was.)
Anyway, who said 1.3L (err, 1308cc) isn't enough. . . My 1308cc car is nice and fast. . . faster than a camaro, at least, if you give 'em some curves, and not a whole lot worse at the quarter mile.
Gotta say though, that's one nice looking camaro. It looks like it was in pretty good shape. I can't believe you only sold it for what you did.
<strong>Ooh, what's that slick white car across the street?
Yeah, that's my neighbor's RX7. We've raced on a straight road before. Needless to say I destroyed him. But I'm sure he'd give me a run for my money in the curves.

Actually they changed that law in the mid 90's when Metallica cut their long hair. Now you can drive one of these with any hairstyle as long as you have an AC/DC tattoo.
