Iphone 4 not switching to stronger WIFI signal
Hi,
I have installed a second WIFI router in my house, linked to the original one (connected to the outside world) through a Homeplug setup (highly recommended).
This has given me fantastic speed at the back of the house where it was always a marginal connection and very slow at best.
Unfortunately, I have just realised that both my iPhone 4 and Ipad2 do not switch to this new router if they have first connected to the other, and the other way round as well. Since both signals are never lost throughout the house (again, marginally), IOS decides to stick with the poor signal instead of switching.
To compound the pain, my son's windows 7 laptop does perform the switch
Can somebody help or point me in a better direction?
Thanks!
