Ok, I am in OS 9.21 and everytime I start or restart my iMac a window pops up about logging into my iDisk. I dont want this happening, how do I disable it?

Perhaps you have an alias to your iDisk in your Startup Items folder, inside the System Folder.
I've no idea why one might be there, but it's worth checking.

More likely it is in the Servers folder (fond inside your system folder).
You could use Sherlock to search for flies containing your iTools user name if you can't find it in the servers or startup items folder.
