Exporting Exchange Group Contacts w/out Access to Exchange

I managed all of my contacts on my Iphone 4 via my old laptop running Outlook & Exchange server. I can still access the contacts on my Iphone, however, I can't synch them to the Address Book on my Imac. I no longer have access to my laptop running Outlook/ Exchange where I was managing my contacts before. Is there a way to add the Exchange group contacts to my Iphone Contacts or export them to a CSV file or via ITunes so that I can delete the entire Exchange account (email, contacts, calendar)? I believe this old account is causing my battery life to be extremely short, since it is constantly trying to connect to the old Exchange server.
