To alter a picture on a "look and feel" lawsuit is certainly material in nature. Perhaps Apple should've put a little disclosure on its evidence such as "photograph not drawn to scale".

If you continue on to the reader comments it becomes even more apparent IMO that this is probably an intentional misrepresentation of evidence by at least Apple's counsel, if not Apple themselves.
