German court partially lifts Samsung product ban in EU

    That was quick. Odd that the court wouldn't have questioned their authority to order an EU-wide ban in the first place, but at least they did correct themselves.

    Let's put WSJ's reporting into perspective.



    Samsung started selling their Galaxy Tab 10.1 with a bang (an avalanche of TV commercials on Sunday) today in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can pick one up this very minute for €599 (WiFi+3G) if you happen to be there. I just called two large outlets.

    There are probably queues there now.



    Samsung Germany's PR confirmed yesterday they will start selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 coming Saturday in all major outlets (dozens).



    I'll bet you can get 'm in Paris, Warsaw, and Rome next week...
