Buying an 'old' single port video card and use it along with the built in AGP card costs less than half the cost of just buying one dual head AGP card....
I say go for dual cards. There have been issues with the TwinView cards with not supporting some combinations of resolutions. Plus, you've gotta figure that it takes SOME performance hit if you're maxing the card on both monitors. I'd say get a PCI Radeon to compliment whatever you have in the AGP slot.
