Remote access to files stored on a time capsule

Hello,



I would like to store my music, videos and pictures on a network hard drive (NAS) to be able to access my media wireless from home or anywhere else. I wonder about Time Capsule. Apart from wireless backup with Time Machine, can Time Capsule do that ?



I also wonder about how fast data can be copied to a Time Capsule compared do an external hard drive with USB cable.
