I have a problem with my Cube with a 19" LaCie CRT monitor. I am running OS 9.1 and as far as I know am all current with firmwares. Problem occurs when I put Cube to sleep and then when I tap any keys to wake up sometimes the monitor stays in sleep mode. This problem also happen often when I restart whether from warm boot or frozen-and-reset. Any advice?

I don't own a Cube but I remember seeing this type of problem with the demo models at compusa. I would move the mouse or press a key and the monitor would not come back to life. I beleive they were using the Apple 15" LCD monitors.. Have you install OSX on it?

    Thinking Different,

Thanks for responding. I have not upped to OS X. I prefer Classic OS for the time being. Prob arises when I do a restart or manual restart from a freeze/crash. The monitor often goes into energy saver mode (as it suppose to) but when I hear the "GONG" sound of my Mac restarting, it fails to wake the monitor back to life. <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" />
