Macintosh 6200CD bad power supply

My power supply went in my Mac 6200CD. When I push the power button it sounds like it wants to come on, but it doesn't. I think it may be a bad cap. Any idea what might need to be replaced? I have no way to test it.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I have one of these macs and i'm willing to give it up for hardly any money if you need it
