hey i have a project that i am working on that has pieces on five dif computers. i have copied the original video imports to a massive hard drive for the final cut. basicly it will claim that the media is offline and wont let me reconnect to the same file because it is in a dif path name. the reason i am doing this is so i can have multiple people working on different scenes for a film. i am running out of time as the deadline is the 1st.

Unfortunately I can't be of much help. But I'm sure the people at <a href="http://www.2-pop.com/could"; target="_blank">http://www.2-pop.com</a>; could help you.

I think what you need to do is have different sequences (I think that's what they are called) for every persona and then merge them together. I haven't used FCP in a while obviously (don't have 3 yet)
