Serving Windows clients with OS X (Server)
Hi,
I need some help from folks who have experience setting up multi-platform networks. I'd like to be able to set up Windows machines so that they authenticate against an OS X machine instead of an NT box. I'm not talking about services like a file server, but actual login.
I could set up a seperate LDAP server and have my OS X Netinfo server forward OS X client authentication to that, and have all my windows clients authenticate against the LDAP server, but I'd much rather have one machine serve the whole network.
Is this even possible?
thanks!
