Apple iPhone 4S working with 1700/2100AWS

I know the iPhone 4S is suppose to be a 'world phone', so now i am wondering will it be able to support the frequency band of 1700/2100AWS. I live in Canada and am with the provider of Mobilicity, so they use these frequencies, but so far i am unable to use any of the iPhones.
