can't print???

I have the soft ware loaded in the computer for two printers, epson and a canon, my chooser will not show either. Any ideas???? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

    Extensions disabled in Extension Manager control panel?

    Check the Apple System Profiler to see if they show up on the USB bus.

    First of all, if you are using the chooser, I hope you have the classic drivers loaded. If you are using a classic prgram under OS10 then you have to have the OS10 driver loaded.



    Recently I had some trouble with classic applications showing me my printers, but not actually saving the preferences when I selected different ones. Reinstalling the system and drivers fixed the problem.



    And, lastly, if you have the classic system on a different partition, then make sure you are installing the classic drivers there.



    Just out of curiousity, what kinbd of printers are they?
