ADSL Confusion

ADSL is just starting to get affordable here in the UK so I am just about to order a 'bare wires' upgrade for home. Problem is this; I can find crappy USB ADSL modems easy enough, what I can't find is a modem to buy that I can plug my Airport into. There are hundreds of router/firewall boxes for the home but I cant find a damn modem to plug into the wall and then plug my Airport/router into. Am I missing a trick here?

Thanks for any advice.

Can't say for sure how things are configured in the UK, but...

In the US, any DSL/CableTV modems I have seen use the Ethernet port on the mac (not USB).

This company makes the ADSL modem that I use... have had no problems ... I don't use an Airport so I cant say for sure, but I think it has an Ethernet plug doesn't it ?

Well, that's about all I know ... goodluck
