Sorry. We're not going to help with that.

"Someone" was likely the real owner of the computer.

If it's really your computer, take it to Apple and they'll help you.

Yes, We are Apple Authorized Reseller. Someone came as customer and changed the password of Display unit. Now I am new to apple hence I have no idea how to reset it.

How are you an "Authorized Reseller" when you don't have anyone on staff who is certified to do repairs or common maintenance like this?

Because login stuff is specifically covered.

Look, just take it to an Apple Store. They'll sort it out as long as you're the legal owner or can produce him.

That kind of checks out but how are you new to OS X if you are an Apple reseller, it's been out for over a decade? It's also odd that someone would be able to reset the password without you knowing as they have to reboot the machine or guess the admin password. You could be someone posting from the Apple reseller asking how to in fact change the password of the display unit or someone with a stolen machine posting from the store asking for help to bypass the security. Can you at least take a couple of photos of the store to prove you work there and upload them to tinypic or your company website would be better. You don't have to photograph employees or anything just something that lets us know you have a genuine problem.

This post makes no sense. An Authorized Apple Reseller does not know how to reset the password and asks for help in a forum?

And also thinks he "dragged the Terminal to his Desktop" and then "deleted the Terminal" when that's not even possible in Lion.

    Hi PB:

We are only Authorized Reseller not Service Provider. We are only trained for how to sale. my guess is Service Provider are people who do that technical stuff.

    Hi again:

My personal Macbook pro is in Snow Leapard. Try this. Drag terminal from Application to Desktop. and move it trash. I bet you will not find it in application directory.

    To resolve:

Every New Macbook pro comes with OSX Snow Leopard installation DVD if the install OSX is Snow. insert the DVD and reinstall it. That will fix the terminal issue.

I don't understand why are you making such a big deal of it ? I thought this is very helpful forum.
